Deina Uzdraite

Deina Uzdraite is a professional with a diverse background in human resources and psychology. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Paysera, a leading fintech company in Lithuania, Deina's previous experience includes a Human Resources Intern role at Certiff, a start-up focused on HR-matchmaking and certification services. Deina also worked as a Project Manager and Psychologist at VšĮ Žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir plėtros biuras, managing EU projects and conducting psychological workshops. Earlier roles include an Allround Intern at The Conscious Club B.V. and customer service positions at Koffie Academie Sloterdijk and UAB "Monte Pacis." Deina holds a Master's degree in Social, Health and Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
