Nasstasja Balwanth is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, HR management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at PaySpace by Deel since February 2022, Nasstasja has held various HR roles, including HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes working at Dynamic Talent as an Account Executive and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where Nasstasja focused on client relationships and recruitment efficiency. Other notable positions include HR Manager at BOUNCEinc South Africa, HR and People Business Partner at Sage VIP Payroll & HR, and Recruiting Partner at BFC International. Nasstasja began their career as an HR & Psychological Consultant at The Human Concept and as an Industrial Psych Technician at iBDA Solutions.
