Bill McCarthy

Bill McCarthy has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2000. Bill began their career at Cigna Healthcare as a National Sales Manager (NBM). During their time there, they re-established CIGNA in a major market with large brokers, consultants, and plan sponsors, meeting or exceeding sales targets. In 2006, they moved to UPMC Health Plan as the Sr. Director, Large Market Sales and Labor Relations, responsible for sales and marketing activities for large corporate, public, and multi-employer welfare funds. In 2010, they became the Practice Leader, Private Equity Benefits at Oswald Companies, managing a team of professional consultants and analysts. In 2012, they co-founded Total Health Management, LLC, where they sold, planned, implemented, communicated, and managed solutions that support financial, organizational, and human capital objectives. In 2013, they joined Healthentic as the Vice President, National Sales and Business Development, leading a team of sales and marketing professionals. In 2018, they became an Advisory Board Member at FormFire and the Sr. Director, Business Development at ODH, Inc. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Payspan, Inc. as the Regional Vice President, Sales and in 2022, they moved to Medical Review Institute of America, LLC as the Regional Vice President, Strategic Accounts.

Bill McCarthy obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University. Bill also holds a Pennsylvania and Ohio Insurance License.
