Andie Cecchetto, CHRL

Andie Cecchetto, CHRL has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

Starting in 2009, Andie worked as a Campaign Manager, Communications & Special Events at United Way Hastings & Prince Edward, where they organized and executed events raising over $200,000 annually. Andie also developed and implemented information resources aligned with the organization's communication strategy.

Andie then moved on to United Way London & Middlesex in 2011, where they held roles as a Communications Assistant and Outreach & Marketing Support. As a Communications Assistant, they created communication materials and worked with community partners to disseminate information about the 211 telephone service. In their Outreach & Marketing Support role, Andie focused on getting information about the program to a wider audience in London and Middlesex Counties.

In 2015, Andie joined McCormick & Company as an HR Administrative Coordinator, where they assisted with HR administrative tasks for the global flavor company.

From 2015 to 2020, Andie worked at Diebold Nixdorf in various HR roles. Andie started as an HR Administrator and later became an HR Manager in London. In their role as an HR Manager, Andie played a key role in driving connected commerce and innovation for the financial and retail industries.

In 2022, Andie joined Diebold Nixdorf again, this time as a Global People Partner, specializing in HR, Banking, and Finance. Andie'sexpertise in these areas contributed to the company's success in serving its customers across the globe.

Most recently, Andie became a part of Paystone in 2020. Andie started as the Director of People Experience and later became the Director of People Experience Operations. Paystone provides secure customer engagement solutions, and Andie's role involves ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both customers and employees.

Throughout their career, Andie has demonstrated their commitment to delivering results and contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for. Andie'sexperience spans various industries and roles, showcasing their adaptability and versatile skills.

Andie Cecchetto, CHRL, has a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies with an Honours Specialization in Human Resource Management from Western University. Andie also obtained a Diploma in Business Sales & Marketing from Loyalist College.

In terms of certifications, Andie has obtained several credentials. Andie is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, which they received in March 2019. Andie also holds a Canadian Pension Plan Certificate from HRPA, obtained in December 2015, and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from HRPA, obtained in July 2015.

Furthermore, Andie has completed HRPA Board Governance Training from the Institute on Governance in July 2015. Additionally, they have certifications in Standard CPR First Aid CPR/AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross, obtained in August 2013, and TRX Group Fitness Certification from TRX Training, obtained in March 2013.
