Sabina Pearson Smith has held a variety of roles since 1989. Sabina began their career as a PA to the VP of Public Affairs at American Express. In 1991, they moved to Diageo as a Brand Publicity Executive. In 2000, they were a Marketing Manager at Wolters Kluwer UK. In 2010, they became an Office Manager at Early Learners Nursery in Bahrain. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Teaching Assistant at The British School of Bahrain. From 2016 to 2018, they were a PA to Seniors at The British School of Bahrain. Since 2018, Sabina has been a Senior Manager of Admin & HR Operations and Executive Assistant & HR Projects Manager at PayTabs. In their role as Executive Assistant & HR Projects Manager, Sabina is responsible for providing proactive Executive Assistant service with complex diary management and extensive travel scheduling, recording minutes at weekly Senior Management meetings, and monitoring the CEO's inbox.

Sabina Pearson Smith attended Tiffin Girls Grammar School from 1979 to 1986. Sabina then went on to obtain a Diploma in Marketing Communication from Richmond upon Thames College between 1997 and 1999.
