Reena Yadav

Reena Yadav is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading and developing human resource functions across diverse organizations. Currently serving as CHRO and Founder of Whizz Talent since March 2016, Reena specializes in supporting SMEs and startups in their growth journeys. Concurrently, Reena leads the HR function at Paytail, focusing on establishing employee life cycle management to align talent with business objectives. Prior roles include Business Head - Human Resources at iYogi, Senior Manager - Human Resources at Spectranet, and Manager - Human Resources at Careercruise, where Reena contributed to talent management and policy deployment. Reena began the HR career as an HR Representative at Vertex. Reena holds a Master’s Degree in HRM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Personal Management from Indraprastha College For Women.
