Bhavesh Chapaneri

Bhavesh Chapaneri has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Bhavesh is currently serving as the VP | Head of Business Portfolio & Client Engagement at Paytm Payments Bank since May 2023. Prior to this, Bhavesh worked at IBM as the BFSI Digital Transformation Lead from August 2022 to April 2023. Bhavesh also held the position of Sr. VP | Head of Digital Marketing and Portfolio Strategy at IndusInd Bank from June 2016 to July 2022. Before that, they worked at ICICI Bank Limited as the Head of Portfolio Management and Privilege Banking from April 2011 to June 2015. Bhavesh's career began at HDFC Bank Limited, where they worked as a Territory Manager for Liabilities Acquisition from July 2002 to May 2004. Bhavesh then held various roles at GE Capital, RBS, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, and ICICI Bank Limited, showcasing their expertise in sales and marketing.

Bhavesh Chapaneri completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering in Vidyavihar, during the years 1993-1997. Bhavesh then pursued a Master of Management Studies (M.M.S) in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1998-2000. In addition to their formal education, Bhavesh obtained multiple certifications, including "Business Conduct Guidelines 2023" from IBM in December 2023, "IBM Consulting Way" from IBM in 2023, "Google Ads Essential Training" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Marketing on LinkedIn" from LinkedIn in 2022, and "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training" from LinkedIn in 2022.
