Ashish Tiwari

Ashish Tiwari has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashish started their career as a Software Developer at CoreBrick Software Solutions Bangalore in 2007. Ashish then worked as a Development Lead at Cheese Corporate Care from 2008 to 2011, where they handled a team of developers and motivated them during tight project deadlines.

In 2011, they joined Notion Ink as a Development Lead, where they worked on multiple projects, including coding, customization of Open Source Softwares, and prototype development. From 2013 to 2015, Ashish worked as an Associate Product Manager at CommonFloor.com, where they created products for Real Estate Agents and Builders to help them sell and rent out their properties.

In 2016, they joined Citrus Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Product Manager, where they focused on improving the merchant onboarding process and increasing conversion rates. Ashish was also involved in product mergers between CitrusPay and PayU. Ashish continued in the same role at PayU after the merger, where they fixed lead leakages and implemented real-time verification and authentication services for instant onboarding.

From 2017 to 2021, Ashish worked as a Product Manager at FSS, where they worked on their Payment Gateway software, deployed in several banks in India and the Middle East. Ashish also provided product evangelism and training to sales teams across different geographies.

In 2021, Ashish held the position of Director Regional Solution (CEMEA) at Visa for a brief period of time. Currently, they are working as an Associate Vice President at Paytm, where they have taken ownership of different products and charters, specifically focusing on payment options and success rates. Ashish has worked with top clients to improve conversion rates and boost revenue through technical expertise, analytical insights, and statistical methodologies.

Ashish Tiwari completed a PGP Pro degree in Business from the Indian School of Business in 2021. Earlier, they obtained an MCA degree in Computers from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2004 to 2007, and a BCA degree in Computers from KIET Group of Institutions from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in strategic leadership, management, business strategy, corporate strategy, organization design, and everyday leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2020, as well as a certification in becoming a Product Manager from LinkedIn in 2020.
