Mukul Mathur

Mukul Mathur has extensive experience in product management, holding key positions at Paytm and Snapdeal. As a Product Leader at Paytm since April 2017, Mukul defined product health evaluation frameworks, built product roadmaps, and served as a subject matter expert for ONDC mobility flow. Mukul also led initiatives that significantly increased revenue from Fastag solutions and enhanced CRM tools for SME merchants. Previously, as Associate Director at Snapdeal, Mukul successfully launched a B2B portal and implemented cost-saving strategies that reduced return requests for large appliances. Mukul's earlier role as Senior Product Manager at Paytm Mobile Solutions included launching digital bill services, optimizing order queuing during downtime, and developing the offline promotion engine. Mukul holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and engineering degrees in Computer Science from Punjab Engineering College and Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya.
