Sohil Bakshi

Sohil Bakshi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sohil is currently working as a Principal Product Manager at Paytm since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Freightwalla from August 2021 to April 2023.

Before that, Sohil worked at OYO as a Senior Manager, CX Strategy from July 2020 to June 2021, and as a Manager, CX Strategy from October 2019 to June 2020. Sohil also has experience in consulting roles at Goodera, where they served as a Senior Lead, Consulting from April 2019 to October 2019, as a Lead, Consulting from April 2018 to March 2019, and as an Associate, Consulting from January 2017 to March 2018.

Additionally, Sohil has worked as a Faculty at ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE from July 2014 to April 2015, and as a Trainee at Steel Authority of India Limited in June 2013.

Furthermore, they co-founded a youth-focused merchandise company called FestMinister, which focused on college fests across India. As a Co-Founder, they worked with several large institutes and achieved an annual revenue of INR 0.5 million per year from April 2011 to April 2013.

Sohil also gained internship experience at Edfora in May and June 2012.

Sohil Bakshi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade from DAV Public School in 2010 and their 10th grade from St. Xaviers School in 2008. Sohil has also obtained certifications in Product-led Certification from Pendo.io, Product Management from the Indian School of Business, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance, The Complete SQL Bootcamp from Udemy, and The Project Management Course from Udemy in 2021 and 2022.
