Rajat Sharma

Rajat Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rajat started their career in 2006 as a Senior Manager of Finance at WNS Global Services, where they were responsible for annual operating and financial planning. In 2008, they joined HT Media Ltd as an Assistant General Manager of Finance, where they maintained control mechanisms and conducted feasibility studies. In 2011, Rajat became the Director of Revenue Management and Finance at ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd, overseeing business and finance parameters, as well as vendor management. From 2014 to 2020, they founded and led Garbs and Kits, a corporate gifting marketplace, aiming to streamline processes and bring transparency to the unbranded gifting industry. Rajat also worked as a Business Lead at Aspire Human Capital Management Pvt. Ltd from 2016 to 2018, setting up an online assessment and training marketplace. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Digital Transformation Lead at Hindustan Unilever Limited, focusing on digital initiatives. Currently, Rajat is the Lead of Finance Transformation at PayU, where they utilize their expertise in finance to drive transformation within the organization.

Rajat Sharma completed their MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they studied Finance, Planning & Strategy, and Information Technology at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1998 to 2002.
