Chris Radford has extensive work experience in human resources. Chris is currently working at Payworks Payroll Services Canada as a Manager, Human Resources. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company.

Before joining Payworks Payroll Services Canada, Chris worked at Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) for over a decade. As the HR Manager, they were responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and overseeing staffing, recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, leadership development, succession planning, HRIS, and payroll. Chris also successfully consolidated the HR function by transitioning payroll to HR from Finance.

Prior to their tenure at WCLC, Chris worked at City Sheet Metal as an Administration/Customer Service representative. In this role, they managed order entry and provided in-person customer service at a fast-paced building materials manufacturer. Chris also performed various administrative duties, including answering phone calls, faxing, photocopying, filing, and mail distribution.

Chris's earliest work experience was as a Customer Service Representative at Hertz Car & Truck Rental, where they worked from 2007 to 2008.

Chris Radford completed a Human Resources Management Certificate from Red River College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Manitoba.
