The executive team at PayZen has a history of working at large companies in the financial industry such as Goldman Sachs, Chase, and First National Bank of Omaha. They also have experience with risk management and strategy analytics. A few members of the team also have experience on boards, such as Beyond Finance, Inc. and CareCloud. The team is well educated, with degrees from universities such as the University of Kalyani, Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Tel Aviv University, University of St.Gallen, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
