Nathalie Youngerman

Nathalie Youngerman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nathalie is currently working at Paze™ as a Fraud Program Lead, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, Nathalie worked at Square from 2017 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Risk Program Management Lead, Risk Strategy & Analytics Program Manager, and Senior Risk Specialist.

Before joining Square, they worked at Premise Data as a Growth & Operations Manager from 2016 to 2017, a Growth Lead from 2015 to 2016, and a Growth Analyst from 2014 to 2015. Nathalie also worked as a Research Assistant at Smith College, Department of Economics in 2014 and as a Program Assistant at Smith College Executive Education for Women from 2013 to 2014.

Additionally, they gained experience as a Nonprofit Researcher at Bright Funds from 2013 to 2014, as a Campaign Intern at Oxfam America in 2012, and as a Business Intern at Teledyne Scientific & Imaging in 2011.

Nathalie Youngerman attended Smith College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics with a minor in Development Studies.
