IT Customer Service Technician at PB Technologies

Jeffy Armachuelo started their work experience in 2004 as the Manager and PC Retainer at Star Andy Internet Cafe. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business, supervised staff performance, and ensured regular tasks were implemented.

From 2012 to 2016, Jeffy worked as a System Administrator at Arch Heaven Internet Zone. Their key roles included assisting in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems, setting up hardware and installing software, and monitoring the use of photocopiers and printers.

In 2016, Jeffy joined One World Resourcing as a Data Entry Encoder. Their achievements include successfully populating the company's database and providing solutions to technical issues encountered by personnel.

In 2017, Jeffy volunteered as a Technical I.T. Support at Aspire2 International.

From May to June 2018, Jeffy worked as an IT Support-Trend rollout at Spanbild Holdings Limited. Their achievements included installing Trend Micro software, running power shell scripts, updating BIOS, and installing Trend on mobile phones.

Currently, Jeffy is working as an IT Customer Service Technician at PB Tech since March 2022.

Jeffy Armachuelo started their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Holy Name University from 2000 to 2004. Later, in 2006-2007, they attended CRISPA Learning Center in the Philippines to complete a Vocational Course in Computer Hardware and Software Technology/Technician. In 2016, they joined Aspire2 International and obtained a Short Course certificate in Barista and Other Hospitality Short Courses. In the same year, they also pursued a New Zealand Diploma in Information Technology Technical Support Level 5 from Aspire2 International. Lastly, in 2017-2018, they specialized in Computer Networking and received a Diploma in Computing Level 7 from Aspire2 International.
