Patrick Owens

Patrick Owens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial hygiene and safety engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Hygienist at Martinez Refining Company since June 2023, Patrick also holds the position of Senior Safety Engineer at PBF Energy, which began in February 2020, focusing on facility siting assessments, SDS authoring, and industrial hygiene. Prior experience includes roles as a Safety Engineer and Industrial Hygienist at Shell from January 2000 to February 2020, and as an Environmental Engineer at Tosco from January 1990 to August 1999, overseeing a perimeter groundwater monitoring program. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
