Trecia C.

Trecia C. has a strong background in the legal field, with experience as a Member of the Board of Directors at Uranium Energy Corp. since 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at PBF Energy, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, Vice President & Sr. Deputy GC, and Deputy General Counsel. Trecia also served as an Associate General Counsel at Southwestern Energy from 2004 to 2012. Trecia C. began their career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in 1995.
