Ton van Dril

Ton van Dril is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in energy and climate policy. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at PBL Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving and as the Owner of Hulp bij energiebeleid since January 2020, Ton also holds management roles as a bestuurslid at Stichting Nationale Koolstofmarkt and voorzitter at Cohesie Heiloo. Prior to these positions, Ton was a Senior Scientist Specialist at TNO and worked at ECN in various capacities for nearly 27 years, including senior researcher and group manager. Early career experiences included consulting in acoustics and building physics at Royal HaskoningDHV. Ton van Dril holds a Master’s in general economics from Tilburg University and an engineering degree in building sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology.
