Randall Barnes has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Randall started their career in 1980 at Union Bank of California, where they served as Vice President of Finance for the Fiduciary and Asset Management Group. In this role, they managed a team of over 20 staff members and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
After leaving Union Bank, Randall joined SanaMex, Inc. as the VP of Finance. Here, they oversaw all aspects of accounting and finance for wholesale distribution companies, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash forecasting, and banking relationships.
Randall then moved on to RoseRyan/Q5 Group, where they served as the SoCal Corporate Governance Service Line Manager. Randall provided advisory and consulting services to clients in the areas of governance, risk and compliance, and emerging business.
In 2010, Randall joined IPSA International as the Director of Business Advisory Services. In this role, they assisted clients in mitigating risks and improving transparency in their organizations.
Most recently, Randall joined PBO Advisory Group in 2017 as the Director of Risk and Compliance. PBO Advisory Group offers strategic business consulting and outsourced accounting services to various organizations. In this role, Randall fills gaps in clients’ in-house teams and provides services such as outsourced accounting, compliance, business advisory, and human resources.
Throughout their career, Randall has gained expertise in finance, accounting, risk management, compliance, and business advisory services. Randall has a proven track record of successfully managing teams and helping organizations improve their financial performance and mitigate risks.
Randall Barnes obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University, attending from 1993 to 1995. Prior to their MBA, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the same institution. The dates for their undergraduate education are not specified.
