Desiree Overcast has extensive experience in the field of Radiology Revenue Cycle Management and Information Technology. At PBS West, Desiree serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Information Technology Director, overseeing network and server maintenance, billing applications, and process improvements. During their time at Tahoe Carson Radiology, Desiree excelled as a PACS Administrator, managing PACS systems and transitioning to new systems. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Montana Technological University, Desiree brings a high level of expertise to their roles in the healthcare industry.
