Simone Ehlers

Simone Ehlers has a strong background in business development and talent acquisition. Simone worked as the Head of Business Development - Western Cape at PBT Group starting in 2016, where they led the development of custom-made data and analytics services and solutions. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HashtagTalent from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on attracting top talent for companies. Simone also worked as an Account Manager at Paracon from 2003 to 2015, managing client accounts. In 2008, they served as the Functions Portfolio / Regional Vice Chairperson at the Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisation.

Simone Ehlers has a diverse education history. In 1990, they completed their Grade 12 at Milnerton High School. In 2009, they obtained a Further Education and Training Certificate in Labour Recruitment Services from Services Seta. In 2012, they attended UNISA and earned a Programme in Human Resource Management. Most recently, in 2021, they pursued Business Development Management at the University of Cape Town.
