Jordan Riedel

Jordan Riedel currently serves as a Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 at PCA Technology Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jordan worked as a Jr Cyber Defense Analyst at Sedara from January 2023 to April 2024. Jordan is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Western Governors University, expected to be completed in January 2026. Additionally, Jordan obtained a certification in Cybersecurity from the University at Buffalo in August 2023.
