Community Advocacy Coordinator at Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect

Tatiana Piper is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in advocacy and training for survivors of violence and oppression. As Co-Founder of The SOAR Collective since April 2021, Tatiana provides tailored training on accountability, transformative justice practices, and anti-oppression, along with support for anti-violence advocates. In the role of Community Advocacy Coordinator at the Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect, initiated in September 2016, Tatiana engages underrepresented survivors and collaborates with various agencies. Previous roles include Training Projects Specialist, Rehabilitation Specialist at Keystone Human Services, and Resident Counselor at Step By Step, Inc. Tatiana's educational background includes 110 credits towards a B.S. in Psychology with a focus on Crisis Counseling at Liberty University and 90 credits towards a B.A. in Social Relations with a concentration in Sociology at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
