Cindy Cheng

Cindy Cheng has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Cindy began their career at First Bank in 2004 as a Real Estate Loan Officer, where they managed existing loan portfolios and generated new business. Cindy utilized Excel extensively for financial analysis and project monitoring. In 2008, they joined First Republic Bank as a Senior Financial Analyst, underwriting business loans for various clients including non-profit organizations, private equity firms, and real estate development companies. Cindy then transitioned to the role of Senior Credit Associate, where they evaluated low-income housing tax credit funds and developed underwriting processes and guidelines. In 2014, Cindy joined PCBB as a Senior Credit Administrator, responsible for credit administration. Cindy now holds the position of Chief Credit Officer.

Cindy Cheng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1995 to 1999. Cindy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General at California State University - East Bay from 2004 to 2007.
