Rainbow Chow

Rainbow Chow serves as the Assistant Vice President of Training at PCCW Global since October 2003, driving the adoption of the SAFe® Agile methodology to facilitate the company's digital transformation from a traditional telecom service provider to a technology-oriented enterprise. Previously held positions include Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications, and Senior Marketing Manager, where organizational responsibilities included planning and executing global marketing events across multiple regions, aligning with stakeholders to enhance revenue and brand visibility. Rainbow Chow's background in marketing extends to a Marketing Manager role, overseeing various campaigns and communications strategies. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Sales Executive at HKT and a Marketing Executive at PCCW. Currently pursuing an MBA from The University of Hull.
