Raymond Luk

Raymond Luk is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Since January 2005, Raymond has held various leadership roles at PCCW GLOBAL Limited, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Account Management, Global Presales, and Technology Engagement, while also overseeing strategic account management in Africa and previously in Asia and the CIS. In addition to this, Raymond is an Accredited Mediator at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre since June 2012. Prior experience includes positions as Sales Manager at Hutchison Global Communications HK Ltd, Director of Sales and Marketing at ET Network Services Ltd, and Business Development Manager at Hutchison Corporate Access Ltd. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Electronic Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
