Ernesto Vargas

Ernesto Vargas has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Ernesto began their career as a Site Representative at Canon Solutions America, where they were responsible for litigation copying, printing, scanning, and faxing for a law firm. Ernesto also distributed mail and troubleshooted software issues on MFDs, printers, and PCs. In addition, they trained employees to copy, scan, fax, and perform level one service on MFDs.

Ernesto then joined iTech as a Hardware Technician, where they repaired gaming consoles, diagnosed computer hardware and software issues, and replaced computer hardware. Ernesto also repaired cell phones and tablets.

After that, Ernesto worked at Continuum Health as an Application/System Administrator, where they were responsible for troubleshooting software, computer hardware, and printer connectivity. Ernesto then progressed to the role of Senior IT Lead, where they led IT projects and provided guidance to the IT team. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project Lead at PCH Technologies.
