Lindsey Simpkins has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Most recently, Lindsey was the Director of Talent Development at PCI Pharma Services starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation from 2019 to 2022, holding various roles such as Manager of Learning & Development in Organizational Development and Global Business Services, as well as a Learning and Development Consultant.

Before their time at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, Lindsey was a Senior Training Manager at American Addiction Centers from 2018 to 2019. Prior to O'Charley's, Lindsey was a Senior Instructional Designer and Facilitator at Asurion from 2012 to 2015, where they designed and developed professional development programs and a front line leadership and supervisory development curriculum based on LEAN methodologies.

Earlier in their career, Lindsey worked as an Instructional Designer at Fifth Third Bank in 2011, a Training Manager/Instructional Designer at Hammacher Schlemmer from 2009 to 2011, and a Training Supervisor and Instructional Designer at Macy's from 2006 to 2009.

Lindsey began their career as a Spanish Teacher at Liberty Bible Academy from 2005 to 2006.

Lindsey Simpkins earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Kentucky Christian University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. In 2004, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Instituto de Lengua Espanola. Additionally, Lindsey has obtained several certifications, including Senior Leadership and Advanced Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training in October 2020 and August 2020, respectively. Lindsey also holds certifications in Consulting Skills and Master Instructional Designer from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in July 2014 and May 2014, respectively.
