Rishi Pal

Rishi Pal has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. Rishi is currently serving as the Global VP of Engineering and Innovation at PCI Pharma Services since June 2021. Prior to this role, Rishi worked at BD for a decade, where they held various leadership positions. These include serving as the VP of Manufacturing Technology Innovation from May 2019 to June 2021, Senior Director of Worldwide Manufacturing Technology Innovation from October 2016 to June 2021, and Director of Process Automation Development from October 2011 to June 2021. Rishi was responsible for establishing strategic directions, identifying innovative manufacturing technology opportunities, and developing a collaborative culture within the engineering departments. Before joining BD, Rishi also served as the Director of Manufacturing Support at Becton Dickinson & Co. from January 2008 to October 2011. Rishi'sresponsibilities included developing manufacturing strategies, capacity plans, and sourcing strategies to optimize the utilization of company facilities and capabilities worldwide.

Rishi Pal has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Rishi also holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
