Victoria Wichard has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Victoria currently serves as the Head of Operations at PCI Pharma Services. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Food & Beverage Consultant at Treow Limited Independent Consultancy, where they provided operational and technical guidance to clients in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

From 2018 to 2021, Victoria worked as the Operations Director for Tillery Valley Foods at Sodexo, overseeing all aspects of operations including production, warehousing, engineering, health and safety, and technical functions. Victoria also managed a budget of £7.5 million.

Before that, they served as the FSQR Site Lead at Cargill from 2012 to 2018, where they managed a complex site with over 1000 employees, producing various chicken products for major customers such as McDonald's, TESCO, and Aldi.

Earlier in their career, Victoria held roles such as Technical Manager at Nichols plc, Technical Manager at REAL CRISPS LIMITED, and Technical Manager at Somerfield Stores Ltd. Victoria also worked as a QA Manager at Yoplait Dairy Crest / Raines / Basildon Dairy Foods, where they managed a team and developed HACCP plans.

Victoria Wichard received a Higher National Diploma in Food Science & Technology from Seale Hayne in 1993. Victoria later pursued a Master's degree in Food Safety & Hygiene Management from the University of Birmingham, which they completed between 2011 and 2015.
