Jennifer Moroskat

Jennifer Moroskat has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning and Development at PCL Construction since July 2022. Previously, Jennifer worked as Senior Analyst in Learning and Development at the same company. As the Owner and Learning & Leadership Specialist at Generative Connections since October 2019, Jennifer has also held leadership positions, including Director of Student Services at Women Building Futures and Manager of the Valard Training Centre at Valard Construction LP. Other roles include Training Specialist at ATCO Electric and Learning Consultant at SkillSoft. Jennifer’s academic background includes a BSc in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta, earned between 1994 and 1999.
