Ariel Co

Ariel Co has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career in 2004 as a Production Supervisor at First In Colours, Inc. They later worked as a Consultant at PCN Promopro, Inc. in 2012. From 2009 to 2015, Ariel served as the Manufacturing Services Head at D&L Polymer & Colours, Inc., overseeing various operational activities. In 2016, they became the QA-QC/Process Development Manager at the same company, responsible for analyzing data and implementing quality control measures. Ariel then joined PCN Promopro, Inc. again in 2019 as the Human Resources Manager, handling recruitment, deployment, and tenure management. In 2022, they became the Supervisor I of Logistics at IDS Medical Systems. Currently, Ariel holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at PCN Promopro, Inc., where they oversee the HR department's overall operations.

Ariel Co obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mapúa University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. They later pursued further education at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business in 2012, completing the Leadership Management and Development Program (LMDP) in the field of Management.
