Sean Kajcienski

Sean Kajcienski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PCRK Group, a health and wellness company operating a multi-state franchise business. Sean is passionate about providing the best experience for employees, members, guests, and shareholders.

Prior to PCRK Group, Sean served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Best Life Brands, where they contributed to the company's growth and success for over three years. Sean also held the position of COO/DVP Operations and Revenue Management at Sears Home Improvement Products.

In addition, Sean has been the CEO of Kaz Business Solutions, Inc., a business consulting firm specializing in operational efficiency and effectiveness. Sean has also held leadership positions at Coverall North America, NextMed Medical, Culligan International, Culligan, and McKesson Medical.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving significant growth and success for the organizations they have worked for.

Sean Kajcienski holds an MBA in Global Business Emphasis from the University of Redlands, completed from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management (Global Emphasis) from the University of Phoenix, completed from 1998 to 2000. In 1984 to 1986, they pursued Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona. Alongside their education, they have also obtained certifications as a Licensed Realtor and in Healthcare, specifically in AORN Operating Room Procedures & Infection Control / Infection Prevention Certification.
