Michelle Swajanen

Michelle Swajanen, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at PCS Company, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, and engagement while managing the HR Specialist team. Previously, Michelle held the role of Human Resources Generalist at L&L Products, effectively managing talent acquisition, developing the company’s first USDOL Apprentice Program, and leading wellness initiatives. Early career experience includes positions as a Teller at Huntington National Bank and a Human Resources Intern at Plymouth Technology, where key skills in relationship building and confidential data management were developed. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Oakland University.
