Ebby Ajegbo

Ebby Ajegbo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR and HR operations. Starting in 2009, they served as HRIS Manager at S&P Global, where they managed HR information systems. Ebby then moved on to Integra LifeSciences, where they worked as Global Leader, HRIS, overseeing the implementation of unified technology platforms and tools. At Realogy Holdings Corp., they served as Vice President, HRIS, developing the company's first global HR technology strategy and roadmap. Ebby was also a Board Member at IHRIM (International Association for Human Resource Information Management). Later, they joined Amneal Pharmaceuticals as Director, HR Operations & HRIS, where they led global HR technology, data and analytics strategy. Ebby also held the role of Director, HRIS, spearheading strategic initiatives and global HR technology strategy. Most recently, Ebby Ajegbo worked at Axalta as Vice President, Global HR Operations, responsible for leading HR operations and overseeing an international team across 40+ countries. Ebby is currently employed as the Global Vice President of HR at PCS Wireless.

Ebby Ajegbo holds an Executive Certificate in HR for the Fourth Industrial Revolution from Rutgers University. Additionally, they obtained an MS in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Business Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University. They also have a certification in HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn, which was obtained in 2020.
