Neal Armstrong Msc

Neal Armstrong MSc has a diverse work experience in the fields of risk management, security, policing, and resilience. Neal currently holds the position of Head of Risk & Resilience at PD Ports since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head of Security, Policing and Resilience at PD Ports from September 2019 to March 2023. Before joining PD Ports, Neal worked at Durham Constabulary as an Inspector from May 2015 to July 2019. Neal also held the role of Chief Inspector at Their Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) from October 2011 to May 2015. Neal's experience in the police force includes serving at West Yorkshire Police from February 2008 to October 2011, where they acted as Inspector to Chief Inspector. Prior to that, they worked at Cleveland Police (UK) and held the position of Constable to Sergeant from 1989 to 2008.

Neal Armstrong MSc obtained a Master of Science degree in Risk Crisis and Disaster Management from the University of Leicester. Neal attended the university from 2016 to 2018.
