Matt McAllister

Matt McAllister has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Matt currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at PDM since June 2019. Prior to this, they were an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business starting from January 2018. From January 2016 to May 2019, they held the position of President at McAllister Consulting L.L.C. Matt has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Iowa State University - College of Business from January 2017 to July 2017.

Earlier in their career, Matt held leadership roles at THE CRETEX COMPANIES, INC. as President of Cretex Concrete Products from March 2012 to December 2015. Matt was also the President of IPC Inc. and JW Peters, Inc. from February 2009 to December 2012. Prior to that, they served as President of IPC, Inc. from November 2003 to February 2009, where they successfully merged two companies and improved their financial performance.

Before joining IPC, Inc., Matt was the President of ComTal Machine and Engineering, Inc., a custom factory automation equipment manufacturer, from April 2002 to November 2003. Matt also worked as President of Iowa Prestressed Concrete, Inc., a prefabricated building component manufacturer, from October 1997 to April 2002, where they achieved significant growth and expansion through new market segments.

Matt's career journey began at Iowa Prestressed Concrete, Inc. in 1992, where they served as Controller. During their time in this role, they played a key role in the company's turnaround and transformation into a highly profitable venture.

Matt McAllister obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Matt completed this degree between the years 1981 and 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from the same institution, which they completed from 1994 to 1996.
