Jerry Manas

Jerry Manas has been working in the field of project and organizational management since 1998. Jerry began their career as a volunteer leader for PMI, contributing to the development of PMI's OPM3 (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model). In 2003, they became Manager of Project Management Processes for Rohm and Haas. In 2005, they founded PMThink! Project Management Thought Leadership, a popular project management and organizational leadership blog site. In 2006, they became Founding Member and Senior Advisor for Strategy Execution at the Creating WE Institute, a global international thought leadership community. In 2007, they joined PMOtraining.com as an Advisory Board Member. In 2014, they became an Advisory Council Member for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at The George Washington University, School of Business. In 2017, they became Vice President of Customer Success and Learning Services at PDWare (Portfolio Decisionware Inc.), where they helped clients improve strategy execution through tools, processes, and best practices. In 2021, they became an Advisory Council Member for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at The George Washington University, School of Business.

Jerry Manas attended Temple University, where they studied Communications/Arts. Jerry also obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
