Miranda Weaver

Miranda (Buettner) Weaver possesses extensive experience in learning and development spanning several organizations. Currently serving as Manager - Learning & Development US at Peabody Energy since August 2022, Miranda previously worked as Sr HR Business Partner - Learning & Development. Prior to Peabody Energy, Miranda held the position of Learning and Development Program Manager at ARCO National Construction Company and spent several years at Spire in various roles including Talent Development and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Additional experience includes a Graduate Assistant role at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a Program Monitor position at Harris House Foundation, and a Volunteer Research Assistant role at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Miranda began a career in logistics as a Material Handler at Schroeder & Tremayne, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
