Philip Day

Philip Day is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Peabody since September 2024, Philip previously held the position of Group Finance Director at The Guinness Partnership from July 2017 to September 2024. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member at North Hertfordshire Homes from 2009 to September 2018, and as Executive Director of Finance at RHP from June 2014 to July 2017, overseeing finance and development functions. Earlier roles featured Resources Director at Thrive Homes Limited and Assistant Director of Finance at Peabody Trust. Philip began a career in finance with roles as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche and as an Auditor at Chantrey Vellacott DFK after earning a degree in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
