Keiko Inoue has been serving as a Program Coordinator at Peace Winds since October 2016, specializing in project management in South Sudan, Uganda, Syria, Mozambique, and Haiti, where responsibilities include report preparation, proposal writing, and budget management. Prior to this role, Keiko gained experience through various internships at organizations such as UNICEF Zimbabwe, FHI360, and UNESCO, focusing on education and gender equality, and conducting research on girls' education in South Sudan. Keiko holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education and Gender from Kobe University, along with a Master's Degree in Economics of Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Development and Public Health from Meiji Gakuin University.
