Max Spilman

Max Spilman currently serves as a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters with PEACE, Inc. in Syracuse, New York. Max has previously held the position of Social Impact and Equity Summer Temporary Assistant with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where responsibilities included managing a volunteer website, coordinating on-site activities, and handling communications for the Social Impact and Equity team. Additionally, Max has experience as a counselor at Camp Cedar during the summers of 2022 and 2023, and worked as a Digital Operations Manager at Findaway in 2020. Max is pursuing degrees at Syracuse University, studying Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprise at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management and Sport & Human Dynamics at the David B. Falk College.
