Rosa Potts

Rosa Potts is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as an RN Instructor at PeaceHealth since January 2025, focusing on clinical education and onboarding. In addition to this role, Rosa holds the position of APA CRG Co-chair, advocating for health equity in the community, and acts as a Neurodiversity Instructor, supporting the neurodiverse population. With a commitment to training and intervention, Rosa serves as a CPI Non-violent Crisis Intervention Instructor with the Washington State Nurses Association and is involved in multiple committees, including the WSNA PAC Board of Trustees and the Bylaws - Resolutions Committee.
