James Lee

James Lee has held various head chef positions throughout their work experience. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Head Chef at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts. In 2018, they moved to Rosebourne, where they also served as a Head Chef until 2019. Since 2019, James has been working at Peach Pubs, initially as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef and later transitioning to the role of Head Chef.
