Mehdi Yahyanejad is an accomplished researcher at the Information Sciences Institute at the University of Southern California since February 2012. As a co-founder and chief data scientist at Peachscore since May 2020, Mehdi developed a platform for startups to obtain pre-qualification for venture capital funding. From January 2013 to March 2022, Mehdi served as co-founder and executive director of NetFreedom Pioneers, a nonprofit aimed at combating Internet censorship through innovative satellite technology. Additionally, Mehdi founded and led Balatarin from 2009 to 2018 and co-founded Adoptic, Inc. from May 2007 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physics, Bioinformatics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a postdoctoral degree from Stanford University, and a certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
