Roger Walker has been in the engineering and sales business for over two decades. Roger started their career as a maintenance manager for ICI Chemicals & Polymers in 1988 and held that position for four years. Roger then moved to Guinness where they were responsible for the implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management solution and the commissioning of a new state-of-the-art brew house. After four years with Guinness, Roger became the Regional SHE Manager for Latin America with ICI Paints. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation of ICI's HSE program across 5 newly acquired paint production units. Roger also established key HSE management and audit processes and implemented an improvement program that led to one of the Brazilian sites winning an ICI Group HSE award. Roger left ICI in 1999 to become the Operations Director for MACS EU Ltd. where they were responsible for the operational management of the consulting team and for existing and new business development. In 2010, they joined PEACOCK ENGINEERING COMPANY, LLC as a Consulting Partner and Sales & Product Development Director.
Roger Walker has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London and attended Felpham Comprehensive School.
They are on a team with Matt Deadman - Chief Operations Officer, Prashant Karamadi - CEO, Peacock Engineering India, and Liam Knapp - Chief Commercial Officer. Roger Walker reports to Alan Cambridge, CEO.
