Justin Muehlmeyer

Justin Muehlmeyer is a Partner Patent Attorney at Peacock Law P.C., where responsibilities include patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, litigation, and licensing, along with participation in specialized practice groups focusing on aerospace, dental, and trademark law. Previous experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to Justice Charles Daniels at the New Mexico Supreme Court, conducting legal research and drafting opinions, and roles in tax preparation, law clerking, political analysis, fundraising, and student outreach. Justin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of New Mexico School of Law, dual Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Philosophy of Economics from The University of New Mexico, and a Master of Engineering Management from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
