Carolin Engelke has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Carolin is currently working at Peak Ace AG as a Senior Marketing Technology Consultant, specializing in Conversion Analysis. Prior to that, they worked at LEAP Digital Marketing GmbH for several years, where they held various roles including Conversion Analyst and Junior Conversion Analyst. In these positions, they focused on analyzing and optimizing on-page customer journeys and landing pages for multiple websites in the B2C and B2B sectors. Carolin also trained and coached trainees and juniors, and developed test hypotheses and scenarios for A/B tests. Caroline also gained valuable experience during their internship at Landor Associates GmbH, where they worked in Brand Consulting. Before that, they interned at McDonald's Deutschland LLC, focusing on Big Data Analytics. Carolin Engelke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an exchange program at Shanghai University in 2013, focusing on International Management.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Carolin pursued a Master of Science degree in International Marketing at Aalborg University. Carolin attended Aalborg University from 2015 to 2017, furthering their knowledge in the field of marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Carolin has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Carolin completed the "Learn Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) From an Expert" course from Udemy in May 2021. In May 2020, they also completed the "Landing Page Design & Conversion Rate Optimization 2018" course, also from Udemy. Furthermore, they obtained the "Google Digital Garage - Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google in June 2019. Prior to that, they earned the "Google Analytics Individual Qualification" certification from Google in July 2018.

Carolin also obtained the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) iBT certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in July 2015, showcasing their proficiency in the English language.
