Jack Higham

Jack Higham has a diverse work experience that spans over different roles and companies. Jack started as a Computer Technician at HB Computers in 2007, where they excelled in repairing and building computers, providing customer service, and data recovery services. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Bargin Booze. In 2014, they transitioned to become a Data Centre Engineer at UKFast, progressing to roles such as Data Recovery and Certified Destruction Specialist and Linux Engineer. In 2022, they joined Peak as a Platform Support Engineer and later became a Technical Lead Engineer.

Jack Higham obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Computing from the University of Central Lancashire in 2014. Prior to that, they studied Computing at Runshaw College from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute in 2019 and CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification from CompTIA in 2022. Jack also holds certifications in data recovery and cPanel administration and sales.
