Justin George has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Justin is currently the Market President - Colorado at Peak Beverage since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Peak Beverage from August 2019 to February 2023.
Before joining Peak Beverage, Justin held various managerial positions in renowned hotels and resorts. Justin worked as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Brown Palace Hotel & Spa, Marriott Autograph Collection from September 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they oversaw multiple dining outlets and led the banquets and events team, contributing to revenue growth.

Justin also had an internship at Aqueous Restaurant in Falling Rock Hotel at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and held positions at The Nittany Lion Inn and Westin New York at Times Square.

Justin George attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Justin also obtained certifications in WSET Wine Level 2 with Distinction and Level 1 Spirits with Distinction, from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
